I just bought a new SATA harddisk for my computer. In the beginning the
installation of windows xp prof everything goes ok. I have my floppy with
drivers for the harddisk and windows happily copies the installation files to
my harddisk.
But when setup restarts to continue the "real" installation, no hd can be
found and it boots from the cd again.
I have configured by bios that the first boot device is SCSI - Sata and the
other boot devices are disabled.
Thanks,
