( No results found ) when searching for clip art

When doing a search for clip art, such as "Halloween" sometimes "All Results"
show everything and other times "( No results found )" in which case I need
to go to 'Clip art on Office Online' and download the pictures. Does anyone
know why this happens inconsistently? and how to get around having to do
this?
