Word 2007 text won't print in text box

I have several saved documents with clip art and text boxes. I have
previously printed them with no difficulty. Today they will show up when I
open them, but only the clip art shows up in the preview mode. Only the
picture will print. I tried creating a new document and the same happened
when I was using text boxes and clip art. What have I done? What can I do
to fix it? THANK YOU!

In Print Preview, click the Options button on the ribbon, and in the Display
tab, enable "Print drawings created in Word" and see if that fixes the
problem.
