No refresh option in Intellipoint

I used to have the right side button set to refresh (f5) - I have now
installed Intellipoint 5 and the option doesn't appear to be there. Is it
the same for everyone? Is there a reason?

The ability to assign keystrokes to mouse buttons has been removed in
Intellipoint 5.0.

Thanks for the quick reply Jason - very impressive!

I am sure that in the older version of Intellipoint that refresh was one of
the options on the drop down list. Has it been removed on purpose or just
overlooked? Should I uninstall ver. 5 and reinstall the older version?

That option was in the Intellipoint version previous to Intellipoint 5.0.
It seems a lot of functionality was removed in Intellipoint 5.0 (I'm sure MS
has their reasoning for removing it, whatever it is, I don't know).

If you really want that functionality back, and Intellipoint 4.12 supports
your hardware, then I'd say your best bet is to go back to the older version
of Intellipoint.
