No Product Key

I downloaded Beta2, which seemed to be available to everyone.
When I wanted to install it, I was required to provide a Product Code
*Number?).
How to I get one ? Or do I have to register as a beta tester.
I thought it was for general public use.

Thanks. For some reason I had not seen the graphics when I downloaded the
ISO file.
