After going thru the user account set-up, the Limited
Account users could still see all the Administrator's
files and data.

Wonder it only works for Windows XP Home edition.

Right click on the my documents folder, select properties, and go to the
sharing/security tab. Here, you can specify that you want the folder to be
private.

You password your profile.
Also you need to be using NTFS and not FAT32 file system.
To check:
Open My Computer, Right click C drive, click Properties.
What does it say by "File System"?
