"No Preview Available" all pre-loaded Stylesheet templates

New installation of FrontPage 2003, installed all Office updates.
File>Page>Style Sheets
Every pre-loaded style sheet template has "No Preview Available" in the
lower right preview box. I have Microsoft Press book on FP2003 by Buyens
that says to pick template by reviewing preview so I think this should be
working. I tried repair and installed more components but still not working.
I would appreciate help on this. Difficult to know which style sheet to use
without preview since it is all code.

As no such path exist in FP, I take it you mean File | New | More page
templates | Stylesheets which doesn't have a preview.
I think you confuse it with Themes which do have previews.
The Themes uses stylesheets too.

Style sheets do not have previews by their nature (since there is no content to preview)
