no pictures when sending e-mail ??

I work with office 2000 and outlook express. Somehow I
can't send pictures or sound with the e-mails. It gives
error that it can't find the file. Anyone know why????
 
This is an Outlook newsgroup, not Outlook Express ... that being said,
does this error message come upwhen you are creating the email, or when
sending? You are sending them as attachments? When you ask this
question in the OE newsgroup, they'll want to these things.
