No Pictures in text.

How can I fix forwarded messages that will not forward
the pictures within the text? All I see are boxes with a
red x in the corner. Can someone please help me?
 
Are you reading the forwarded messages in HTML? If not set OE to read in
HTML in the Options menu.

Also, go to View > Encoding and select Western European (Windows).
