No permission for several Users

Hi!

On a Win 2000 Terminal Server i want to set permission for folder
access for the different users.
Normally each user should have access to the specific folder. Now, i
have a few useres, which schould not have the permission to access to
the folder.
How can i realize this?
The folder has permission rights for EVERYONE to read.
How can i prevent some users accessing this folder?

Any ideas?

Create a group for the users that shouldn't have access and then Deny this
group access via NTFS.
