No page number options

I do not have any page number options. I have followed the Help
recommendations and went to Word Options to see if the Building Blocks.dotx
was disabled, but it was not. Any suggestions?

Have you tried inserting page numbers from the header and footer menu? Just
double-click on any header or footer and that menu becomes available. Use
the three left icons to insert and format the page numbers.

You probably need to delete the "Building Blocks.dotx" file as described
in the "Everyone" section under "B2TR Issues" at
