No OE mail server in IE

I have no outlook express (or any other) mail servers in
IE>tools>Options>programs>Mail. The space is blank but i
can access OE through the Windows start menu, no
problems. How do i get IE to recognize OE as the default
mail server?

Hi robear, your patch added OE to the mail menu but I'm
not able to access OE from within IE, even with your
patch/fix. thanks
