no network provider accepted the given network path

Hi, I recently reinstalled a exchange 2000 on a server 2000 machine. We
are running 2 DC's on server 2003. Everything has been working fine
lately except that when I try to access the network share for the
exchange server from multiple computers I receive the error "No network
provider accpeted the given network path". I tried sharing the C$ and
got it to work for a little while but then if the server reboots or
after awhile it defaults back to where it was. If anybody had any info
on this would be great.

Sounds like a name resolution problem. Make sure your servers and clients
list ONLY your Active Directory DNS server(s) in TCP/IP Properties. Check
and make sure DNS is functional.
