No music in Powerpoint on PC

My friend ran a PP presentation at my wedding, and I have it all saved on a
CD. However, when I try and play it on my PC, I only get the visuals - no
music.

Any idea what went wrong?

Music is linked. Did you copy the music over to the CD as well?

Please tell us your PowerPoint / Windows version,
whether you are using vba, whether
your cows are in the corn paddock, or
anything else relevant.

Probably the music is "linked" this means it isnt actually part of the
presentation but is "looked up" (on your friend's computer) when it is
needed. On your computer it won't find it!

You need to get the music file and put it in the same folder as the
presentation on your hard drive.
