no more connections can be made to this computer

Hi ,

Some users are not able to access the shares of a windows 2000 professional
system.

If we use \\computername or \\IPaddress it says "no more connections can be
made to this computer at this time because there are already as many
connections as the computer can accept".

No other computers are accessing shares of this computer.

Note:
1.We are trying to access all share of computer by typing \\202.46.220.23
not a particular share, hence it is not a problem with particular shared
folder.
2. The computer we are trying to connect is professional systems. Hence it
is not a problem with licensing.

Can any one help in this issue?

Unless you're using a server version of Windows, there's a limit of ten
users
at a time who can have connections to any one machine. Are there more
than ten users on your network?

Yes, it is a licensing problem. As Tom said, you have exceeded
the number of connections you can make to a Win2000 PC. You
need to purchase and install Windows Server plus the required
number of CALs (Client Access Licences).

Yes, there are more than 10 users in network.

But concurrect conncection to the system which they are trying to access are
