No Minmize Indication on task Bar

the page.Hello All;
I have a problem Please help...? when I Minmize, eg, microsoft word, a web
page or a program and I Minmize it does not show up on the task bar. I have
to keep all of my work up on the screen without Minmizing it..

I tried and downloaded from line 240 I got message from Windows Script Host
could not create Object named W Script Shell... code 80040111

Type this from Start/Run:

regsvr32 wshom.ocx
