Minimizing

When i have any sort of window open (anything from IE to
a full screen game) the window minmizes to the taskar on
its own..it seems to happen every 10 minutes or so..i
have checked for virus and have my firewall up and
running i have also run ad-aware..all with no joy.. this
didn't happen before i reformated..i have the same OS,
same drivers, same hardware. same software..any ideas?

When a window that does not have focus is updated by its program, the
default setting prevents it from becoming the foremost (top) window,
instead, it flashes in the taskbar.

HeldUp is the easiest way to stop windows from disappearing behind other
