I have a couple of computers that I cannot seem to get the mdi printer
working. I have office xp. I have loaded the mdi option on the CD
multiple times. I do have the program mdi, which can read tiff files only,
but no mdi files. Any ideas how to correct this?

Thanks.

Hi Bear,

The MS Office Document Image Writer Printer is a
feature new in Office 2003. It's not available
as part of Office XP Document Imaging nor is,
unfortuantely, the ability to read MDI files except
with Office 2003.

Ahhhhhh....now I know why....at first I thought you were mistaken! All my
computers use Microsoft Office XP, and on some of them, I use the mdi print
function all the time. However, on those computers, I have frontpage 2003
and publisher 2003....and on the computers that I can't use print/read mdi,
I only have office xp. Thanks for the heads up.
