No Log Off only Disconnect

XP SP1 machines using Remote Desktop only get the option
to Disconnect a session. I can never Log Off and end the
session. I can only Disconnect and the session remains
active. How do I get the Log Off option ?

Open GPEDIT.msc and scroll down to
LocalComputerPolicy-->UserConfiguration-->AdministrativeTemplates-->StartMen
uAndTaskBar and change the policy for "Add Logoff to the Start Menu". See if
this fixes the problem
