No link in TOC of the PDF after generating it from WORD document

Hello All,

Here is the problem:

In WORD doc, the TOC links work - it goes to the correct page. But
after generating PDF, the TOC links doesn't work. Can somebody help.
Plz.

Within the Adobe Acrobat Conversion Settings, ensure that "Convert cross
reference and table of contents to links" is checked.
