No Language Dictionary

Getting spelling error in Outlook and under Tools, Options, Spelling,
International Dictionaries Language: there is nothing listed (should be
English) and nothing in the dropdown list. I have deleted Custom.DIC, did a
Detect and Repair on Office, reinstalled Office, and still have no
dictionary. Help...and thanks!
