No internet surfing with limited accounts?

does anyone know how to allow internet surfing on a limited account? aol intant messenger works, as well as windows media player online, but when you open internet explorer, it wont search anything..

I need this information also. We cannot get the IE

browser to even start from a limited account.
 
I tried to post a email service request to MS and they
booted me to the computer manufacturer. I called the
manufacturer and they told me that I had to set this up
through my ISP.
