No Internet on Other User Accounts

Hi All

I am having a problem with not being able to view
internet pages on user accounts other then my own. I can
connect fine, but when I open a browser it acts as if I
am not connected to the internet. I have tried other non-
microsoft browsers with no luck. These are user accounts
all on the same pc. I am running xp with sp2, the
problem existed before sp2 installation. Any help would
be very appreciated

temporarily change the users to administrators and then
setup the internet connection,through the wizzard. then
change back to limited. see if that works.

They are already setup as admins.
