no ink on paper, ink cartage full.

i have a canon bjc 2100sp. up untill 1 week ago, it worked fine. i ran out
off ink , so i replaced it, as you do... the printer is working, but no
ink. i have tryed heaps of things to fix the prob, but with no luck, can
anyone give me any idea's on how to fix it?

Did you take the tape off the head where the ink comes out...?

have you done a head cleaning and a nozzel check as the heads
might of dried out and make sure you removed the tape covering the air
inlets
