No ID Address Mark Found on Floppy Disk

Can no longer access my A: floppy disk drive - first
error said it was not formatted and then wouldn't
format. Now says no id address mark found. Help!!
 
if the diskette shows the error discard the diskette.
these are cheap today. break apart...distroy
floppy...recycle plastic shell.
