no hyperlinks in Outlook 2003 email due to restrictions in effect.

I need to know how to change the restrictions or permissions to click on a
hyperlink and be directed to IE and the URL. Thanks
 
Sorry, wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access (a database
application) and not general computer "access".

Suggest you re-post the question in the relevant newsgroup for Outlook 2003.
