No Heartbeat

While trying to load Win XP Home edition my computer
died. I came back into my office and found a blank
screen. I tried to reboot from the Win XP CD; I tried
the old Windows CD; I tried disabling the C drive and
booting from a D drive; I cleared the BIOS....and I still
get no response. Any suggestions?
