No headers, when I print an EMAIL.

With some e mails I have a trouble each time that I printed, the header
doesn´t appears, so this is a kind or weird. If someone knows how to fix this
problem I really appreciated, because print emails are very necesary at my
work as phisycal evidence and I need the emails with they header.
