no headers in forwarded emails?

We run Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003

This is very weird -- if I forward an email as attachment to anyone in
the company, then they can see the headers in the forwarded email.
But, if someone outside the company sends me an email with a forward as
attachment, then I see no headers whatsoever.

Does Outlook strip any headers when Forwarding as Attachment??

Jeff,

I cannot get the headers to forward when sending with the same Exchange
environment. I'm using Ex 2003 and OL 2003, did you have to enable this
somewhere?
