No Header, Left Side, Or Footer.

I have published from the web to my local machine. It did not send any of
the page formatting just the page body. Ie... No Header (Page Title, Pics),
Left (Navigation Bars) or Footer (Copyright info webmaster email etc...)

So I took that copy and worked in FrontPage to put them back in. I have
them back in on the local machine now but it will not upload to the web. I
can upload everything but the stats folder. There seems to be a "browserrep"
problem.

I do not understand how this keeps the page formatting from showing up out
on the web?

PLEASE help.... web is down and having 2 Mondays in a row. Been working
with it since yesterday afternoon.

Contact your web host and ask them to either move the stat folder outside the root of your web or
convert it to a FP subweb / site, then you should be able to publish via FP http command after you
have removed the stat folder from your local copy, assuming the live/remote site has the FP
extensions.

Have removed the stats folder from the local machine.....

Still will not upload in bulk. I had to go to each few folders and upload
them individually. The web page is still not showing the borders. will copy
html files....

What error message are you getting, and how are you attempting to publish? Did you contact your web
host and ask them to do as I recommended? They may need to remove/re-install the extensions.

Yes I did exactly as you requested with my web provider......

and I removed the stats folder from my local machine.

I am getting a timeout error.

I am trying to publish through FP "Publish Web"

It has not worked at all... the only way I have gotten up what I have is
by individually publishing the files up a few at a time. by right clicking on
them in the local window and saying to publish file.

Now I am trying to see where the table that I have created in the top header
is in html code....... It does not show up. No typing that is in it....
no pictures..... no Nothing.

I do not understand.... The local shows the table and the pics and the
typing in it.... but it is not showing in the html coding window..... HOW CAN
THAT BE????

When I go to preview it shows fine..... when I upload.... it does not show
up.....

LOCAL
The only difference that I can see so far is the Microsoft Border line local
is
content="tlb, default"

WEB
and the web side says
content="none, default"

Can you provide the exact steps you are using to publish via FP's http mode?

It does not show up because you have not published the web - uploading
individual pages in a web that uses shared borders will not work - the
web MUST be published.
Open the remote web in FrontPage and check that the stats folder is a
subweb - it will have a globe on the folder.

A Time-Out error indicates that your connection speed is too slow or
the web is too large or complex for the server to handle. A large
website using shared borders uses large amounts of processor cycles,
and these may not be available if the server is loaded with many
websites.
