No "From" spam

I keep getting spam that doesnt' have anything in
the "from" line. How can I create a filter that would
delete any email that doesn't show who it's from?

What might work is to create a message that deletes all mail (i.e., doesn't
test any conditions) and then add an exception of "except with specific
words in the sender address" and make the specific words each of the
characters on your keyboard (except a space, of course).
