NO forward or reply in outlookXP

I have been trying to get my Outlook to allow me to reply
or even forward an email for months. I have posted to
this site before with no response. I can send a new
email, but I cannot Forward or Reply.

I have noticed that others are experiencing this same
problem and no answers have been given.

Outlook worked fine for ages. the only change that I
have made is that instead of dial-up I am using a DSL
connection from Verizon. I noticed that another
user "Pete Cornish - July 1" changed from DSL to cable
when he experienced the problem.

The errors are sent immediately to my inbox as follows:

Forward/Send:

Simple - you cannot send mail through a server to which you are not
connected "relaying denied."

You need to set your account server properties to allow you to authenticate.
