error 554 5.7.1 and 553 when sending in outlook 2003

When trying to send emails from outlook 2003 I receive the following error
messages. My settings are correct. I can receive messages.


Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE:
Sent: 2008/07/11 09:57 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'xxx xxx' on 2008/07/11 09:57 AM
554 Mailbox unavailable.

and

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject:
Sent: 2008/07/11 01:02 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 2008/07/11 01:02 AM
553 sorry, relaying denied from your location [41.22.98.152]

and

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

If your settings were correct, you wouldn't be getting the errors.
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

This says that the address to which you're sending doesn't exist on the
destination server or that it's got a problem and the mail server can't
write to it. Make sure the address is correct.

553 sorry, relaying denied from your location

This says you're not properly authenticating to the outgoing server and
that's something you can address. Enable to option to authenticate. Follow
the instructions your ISP provides for doing that.

Thanks Brian - but all my settings were still working fine on Wednesday. As
far as I know there isn't supposed to be a difference in the settings I use
at work and the settings on my 3g Huawei modem - both on my laptop. Although
it is two different ISPs. But I never had any problems before.

All the addresses I sent mail to are valid.
