"Due to an unidentified problem, Windows cannot display Windows Firewall
settings." Ok?

This from going to Control Panel and trying to open "Windows Firewall."

That after it told me that "no firewall is set, "click here", yada yada.

So, What IS the problem and/or how do I fix it?

Hello Rick:

Are you employing a antimalware product that might augment the Windows
firewall with its own *and* turn off the Windows firewall in the process?

Ah yes... the old DNSchanger virus.

I am glad you were able to resolve it.

Which AV products were/are you running and which one detected it and
fixed it?

AVG and defender did not, but MalWareByte's anti-malware did! It's my NBF!
