no entries to select from when connectiong camera

i just did a new install of XP Home. now when i connect my Sony camera the
autoplay box comes up, but there are no options in it to select from. the box
is just empty.

thanks for the help. i loaded Microsoft live gallery and that fixed the
problem. removed it and it still works. i had a copy of the reg from when it
didn't work. loaded it and it still works. i am lost, but it works. i will
keep your suggestion for future.
