no email alert

How many people have the problem of windows messenger not
alerting them of new emails when they are online? It is
very frustrating.

I am having this problem, but it is only on my one
passport. My other passports work fine on the same
computer. I wonder if there is a fixable solution?

The same problem just started with me. I dont know what
changed. I am here to find a fix...so far seems like none
is available. PLEASE HELP.
