No disk Drfrag on Win2000 server

I haven't run a disk defrag on our 2000 server. Even
better I can't find it, start, programs, accesories,
system tools. I have disk clean up etc. Where would I load
disk defrag, or is there something else I should be
looking for?
 
Start / Run / Help / Search tab / type "defrag" /
Diagnostic utilities and features.

There is far more help in Windows Help than you
would suspect!
