If it doesn't work out, instead of spending so much time on this, why don't

back again....

gpedit.msc - did that to this xphome machine (from xppro files),
reboot, and has main titles,frames, no information within to change or
look at.
??

• The value of the ClassicShell entry in the following registry subkey
is not 0:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer


******Important part here: no entry for Classic Shell under
Explorer....
should I add it? dword? __________________

Maybe have to gut it out and do a reinstall.
