NO DEBUGGER FOUND .net framework 1.1 SP1

Whats the story with this new version of windows update?
I had just downloaded SP2 and went back into windows
update to check for additional updated and a critical
update for .net framework 1.1 Servie Pack SP1 shows up.
I thought once I downloaded SP2 all SP1 updates we
included. I attempted to install the .net framework
update and received an error message stating that I had
to debug the program and then received another error
message stating that there was no registerd JIT debugger
found.
Could anyone help me out?????

The SP1 on this update means SP1 for .Net Framework 1.1. It has nothing
to do with SP1 or SP2 for Windows XP. There are SPs for all different
MS products. Sorry I can't help you with the other problem. It
installed fine on my system.
