no data in excel file

I have one Excel 2002 file larger than 1 MB and now when I open that
file no data in this file. It's blank, like when open new empty file. On
properties of file Windows says that file is 1,09 MB.

Also I try to open that file in Excel 2003 but is the same.

Do anybody know what is the problem?
