No contacts in drop down box

Hi,
Just installed Office 2007 Beta after my old PC died and everything
is working fine.... except when I go to send an emailin Outlook I click
on the 'to' button and the dialogue box opens for choosing an email
address but there is NOTHING there, no options for choosing any contacts!
I can look at all my contacts in business card view or any other view so
they are there, its just the new mail option then the 'to' button can't
see them.
Any ideas?

Yes mate.... However Russ has kindly pointed the way to resolving
it..so many thanks to the both of you for your kind input.
