no connection available

[IE fan]

there was a reboot while using messenger and thereafter,
every time I open the IE, it says: no current connection
is available ; even though the connection is present; in
the window that opens, try again has to be clicked and
then , it works; any ideas how to fix this minor problem?

Try Check In "Tolls Menu"> "Internet Options" "Connections"

That Its On "Never Dial A Connection"
Tell Me If It Works
