No colors

When I started my computer today, there were no colors; in fact, there were
colors (icons, background image) until the very very last moment of the
opening of Windows when the colors change for black and white.

I tried Safe mode; it was with colors

All materials seem to be ok

Yesterday I installed Photoshop; I closed and opened the computer it was
ok. But today no colors (is there a link?)

Where is the problem?

Go to Control Panel, Display, Appearance, Scheme, and change it to a
NON Black and White scheme
