no clip art preview

in word when i search for clip art i used to see a preview of the clip but
now just see an icon that looks like the windows media player. i have to
select the clip and insert it before i can see what it is

If you're using Internet Explorer for a web browser, try emptying your
browser's cache (click on Tools | Internet Options | Delete Files).
