No CD-ROM how to setup Windows XP

I have a laptop computer which has a CD-ROM that is no
longer functioning. My Windows XP has crashed and i would
like to reinstall windows, but how can i do that if my CD-
ROM does not function?

I thought of connecting through starting with USB external
CD-ROM, but my motherboard does not support 'Boot from
USB', is there any way that i can do with it?

Does Windows XP bootable disks (6 floppy disks) help?
Please help! thank you.

Please reply me through email at (e-mail address removed).

No CD drive..
No Boot from USB device..

Does it have a Floppy drive and that USB CD drive, can you hook it up at the
same time as the floppy drive?

If so, then the 6 boot floppies might help.

If not, you may be SoL without some sort of Network Installation.
