no bottom tray

I loaded Service pac 2 and when I rebooted there was no
tray on the bottom of the pc ..... also no printer on
anymore .... say to install .... then print spooler is
not working ????? help ???
 
If there was no taskbar at the bottom of the screen, how did you reboot?

As to the printer, check the manufacturer's website for the latest XP
drivers for your printer.
