No backup utility available

I have Windows XP Home, there should be a backup utility
available in All Programs, Accessories, System Tools.. but
it is not there. I am set up as an administrator on my PC
so can't think of a reason why it's not there. I have
searched everywhere I can think of but without success.

It's not installed by default, but should be available on your installation
disk.
