no backup selection in my system tools menu

I have located some harmful files (adware) on my system
and going thru the process provided it says I should back
up my system before I delete anything.
I went to the system tools menu and there is not an Icon
for back up like the program says there should be I am on
Windows XP adn would like to back up to a USB Drive is
this possible? and where do I go to do it?
my USB drive is a removable device with 128 MB

May I ask which anti-adware/spyware programme you are
using?
The reason for my question being,the leading programmes
in this field will create a back up of the spy/adware you
remove.This is incase you are not able to use a programme
anymore as a result of removing the spyware.
Very often,a person signs an EULA,not realising that they
have infact just agreed to support Lop.com in their
software development(For example).That is the sole reason
they are permitted the use of the "free" programme they
have been "given".

What I am trying to say is that the spyware that has been
removed is all that needs to be backed up in this
scenario.Leading anti-spyware apps will do that for you.
