No Audio

I have a Toshiba laptop which now will not load the Yamaha AC-XG Audio Device Driver. The error message says that Windows will not load the driver because it makes Windows unstable. I checked with Yamaha...and they said to check with Toshiba. I checked with Toshiba, and they point the finger at Microsoft. I checked Microsoft for another supporting device driver, and could find none that fits with this device. Any suggestions?
 
Ignore the message and try to force the install of the driver.
