No Audio Output Device is installed

I have a HP Media Center PC m7360n which was recently upgraded to Windows
Vista Enterprise. There is absolutely no sound and when I hover over the
speakers on the bottom right hand corner of the screen, it says that "No
Audio Output Device is installed". The Analog In and the Digital Input Device
(SPDIF) are both working (I don't even know if it's relevant to my problem).
Please help!! I'm dying from the silence. Thanks in advance :]

Assuming on-board sound, you might visit the HP site to see if a Vista
driver is available.
